After receipt of payment, the ordered goods will be dispatched within 2-3 working days, unless otherwise specified in the online shop.

Upon delivery, the customer assumes responsibility for the delivered goods, even if they were not received directly by the customer.

Time deviations are possible, especially on peak days with exceptionally high delivery volumes, and any claims for damages or further claims by the customer are excluded.

The delivery costs depend on the value of the ordered goods, weight and the destination. The delivery costs specified in the online shop apply and are listed as an additional item in the shopping cart and on the invoice.

We reserve the right to charge a corresponding surcharge for large or heavy shipments after consultation with the customer. 

We currently only deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For shipments abroad, please get in touch directly here.

When shipping destination is Switzerland or Liechtenstein, shipment will be for free on orders over CHF 75.-
